Lorraine "DiDi" Rentz- CEO/President
of Sisters In Motion, Inc., has a B.A. Degree in Communications with an emphasis on TV/Radio Broadcasting. A native of Florida, DiDi was introduced to the entertainment media arena at an early age; she is a product of beauty pageants and performing dance. Her love for the performing arts began with continuous years in dance and theatrics. As a former Miss Broward County, DiDi knows the importance of maintaining a positive image and executing on a 100% scale at all times. Her professional experiences consist of: TV News/Entertainment Reporting, Radio Personality, Video Journalism, Special Events, and Public and Media Relations in the entertainment and political fields. She has been labeled by her peers as multifaceted, for she is able to change personalities like colors on a chameleon. You may catch her heading board meetings; strutting on the catwalk or entertaining the masses. Lorraine is a member of Calvary Outreach Fellowship Center, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment (NABFEME). She is also the founder of It Girls, Inc. a life mentoring program for young girls interested in the radio/television field and The Tea Entertainment.

Donna L. Rentz-COO/Vice President
brings substantial business and travel experience to her position at Sisters In Motion, Inc. Donna is a graduate of Florida Gateway College with a Degree in Executive Marketing Management. She is a certified Diamond Specialist who is proficient in the travel industry; specializing in Florida/USA and Europe travel. Donna has been recognized for her customer service skills and well versed knowledge of the industry. During her tenure with the well-known Paradies Gift Shops/The PGA Tour Shop & Bijoux Bellagio, Inc she was lauded for her exceptional airline retail knowledge, Airport security procedure training; merchandising, display and advertising skills. Presently residing in Charlotte, NC; she is pursuing her Masters in International Business at Ashford University. As a talented singer and lyricist, her ability to utilize her experience and education to manage entertainment and sports careers is a given. Her interest in sports peaked during her many years of travel with her daughter Robyn who held the second place national title in the AAU 100 meter for 2 consecutive years. As a proven leader, Donna was the President of Florida Gateway College's Black Student Union and Delta Epsilon Chi. She is a member of the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks (BPOE); The NAACP; and is a Mary Kay Independent Skin Care Consultant. She attends New Life Fellowship Center: City of Praise under the leadership of Pastor John P. Kee.
